Darren Gersbach is the founder and fearless leader of gershgoods. Darren is responsible for general management of the business, coordinating the sales team and keeping good supplier relationships.
Zoe Gersbach-Smith works with her husband Darren to select new products and coordinates marketing and promotion and the planning of the growth of the business.
Sharelyn Sinclair manages the office and human resources – keeping the whole team working smoothly. Sharelyn can efficiently and cheerfully respond to any enquiries you may have.
Rae Cobb expertly juggles our accounts payable and receivable, ensuring there is enough cash flowing in to keep our shelves well stocked.
Bethani Jarvis is the hidden talent looking after all the little things that keep the office running.
Melanie Alanson is the smiling face that takes care of in-store tastings.
Luke Walker is the happy chap on the other end of the phone. Office based, he assists our on-the-road sales reps, and can answer any of your telephone sales questions. Coffee related enquiries are directed to Luke, who can do everything from make an excellent cup to installing your new coffee machine! Luke also looks after sales to our Blue Mountains customers.
Kim Johnson is a woman on a mission – conducting telephone and on the road sales in Sydney’s East and Inner West as well as in the Hunter Valley and Newcastle.
Juliet Lehey is taking care of business in Canberra, on the South Coast and in the Southern Highlands, conducting her on-the-road sales in style.
Kathryn Gibson is a formidable sales force on the Northshore and Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Fiona Garniss keeps the sales team sane with her assistance. Fiona is also the gal on the road to the central West – conducting sales from the Blue Mountains to Orange.
Wilson James efficiently manages the gershgoods warehouse and dispatch team, orders and manages our stock and coordinates the deliveries and drivers.
Elliot Buchanan is Wilsons right hand man – packing the orders, receiving goods while maintaining and fixing our customers coffee machines also.
Matthew Williamson is on the job – packing orders and ensuring everything is in its right place.
Adam Thew sure knows those roads – delivering everywhere from Sydney to the Hunter Valley.
Michael Bell-Smith is the man behind the wheel of the van that heads south, delivering from the Southern Highlands to Canberra and beyond.
